You can sail East and take in the picturesque village of Worsley and Monton, before heading in to Manchester city centre and the Castlefield Basin.

Head West along the scenic route through Astley Green, past the mining museum and on towards Leigh and Dover Lock on the outskirts of Wigan.

There's plenty of options to choose from as you become the skipper for the day and take charge of your own route and pace.
