Lightwaves Salford is back this December!

Lightwaves Salford returns! 

Lightwaves Salford returns for 2025 and invites you to explore a trail of dramatic light art installations that animate and transform the waterside around Salford Quays and MediaCity. This year Lightwaves will be celebrating its 12th festival with a trail of 12 illuminated artworks – interactive, thought-provoking, surprising and playful.

Date and time: Thursday 4 to Sunday 7 Dec 2025, 4pm to 10pm
Location: Various locations across Salford Quays. 

The event is completely FREE to attend and no booking required.
