


An amazing 60% of Salford is made of greenspace; with over 30 parks, there’s always room to breathe in the city. There are plenty of activities on offer so if you prefer using the park as your own personal gym to lazing around on a summer’s day you'll find plenty of great opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors.
Activities on offer in our parks include crown green bowls, tennis, mini golf as well as slides, swings, climbing frames and roundabouts for the young and young at heart. There’s also football and rugby pitches aplenty with goals and try posts, or you could always use your jumper if you prefer.
Practice your serve at Parr Fold Park’s tennis courts, take in a brass band concert at Victoria Park’s bandstand, learn some tricks at Prince’s Park's skateboard park, enjoy crown green bowling at Albert Park or simply take a stroll around Buile Hill Park, a Grade II listed Park of National Historic Importance.
