What do I need to bring?
As the event will go on until 9.30pm we advise you to bring along some warm clothing as the weather may turn cold late on. You can also bring picnic rugs and your own food and drink (but no glassware, please see conditions of entry).
Event Update:
The tickets are general admission tickets only. Guests are welcome to bring chairs to the event but we would ask that no tables are brought onto the event site and that chairs are positioned taking in the consideration the views and space of other guests. If you have already purchased your ticket you will receive information about this update shortly.
Site facilities
There will be a variety of multi-cultural food and refreshments available in the park on the evening and there will also be an onsite bar selling beer, wine and spirits. There will also be toilets and baby changing facilities on site.
Accessibility
A limited amount of elevated platform spaces are available for wheelchair users but these must be booked in advance. Any paying wheelchair user also gets a ticket for an assistant free of charge.
A hearing loop will also be fitted in a designated signposted area.
