Bazens' Brewery

Set up in Salford in 2002 by husband and wife team Richard and Jude Bazen, this local brewery has won many awards and accolades since and produced the special edition Salford Festival Ale in 2006 and 2007 and the Salford Series beers in 2007. You'll find Bazens' beers in The Crescent, The King's Arms and The New Oxford amongst others.

Andrews Continental Delicacies

Brothers Chris and Geoff Unsworth hit the news recently as their own brand sausages were announced as Northwest Fine Foods pork sausage of the year 2008. The sausages, which are sold everywhere from Harvey Nichols to local farmers' markets, are made from Cheshire-fed pigs, spiced and smoked to a secret recipe. Andrews offers a wide range of meat products to buy online and even the the chance to become a sausage maker for the day!
