Food & drink festival
The Salford Food and Drink Festival 2009 has plenty of opportunities for you to get involved with and help showcase Salford's culinary talent to customers from the city and the region. General marketing opportunities
Get involved in the festival by putting on a special festival offer (such as 2 for 1 on main meals), offering us a competition prize or by running a one-off event (such as a themed menu or wine tasting evening).
We can then support your offer in the following ways:
- inclusion and promotion on the official food and drink website www.visitsalford.info/foodfestival
- chance to expand on the standard web listing for your venue
- inclusion in any dedicated print (if signed up before print deadline)
- promotion on Sundays in Salford e-newsletter (over 1000 subscribers)
- access to internal communications opportunities including staff intranet pages
- links to the wider Manchester Food and Drink Festival including event/offer details on main Manchester website and weblinks on their print
- pr support from press team
- access to our customer database
Salford food and drink festival fayre - venue and date to be confirmed
The perfect opportunity to showcase your product or venue. Opportunities on the day include:
- a stand at the market free
- chance to supply vouchers or flyers to hand out on the day
- supply a chef for the £5 chef challenge (cooking a meal on a demonstration kitchen for a live audience)
- chance to cook and sell food on the day
