Monday- Robin Park athletics track: Tri Team Wigan running coaching under Dave Green.
Tuesday- REST (college so my brain gets a workout).
Wednesday- During darker evenings is REST (college so my brain gets a workout); during lighter evenings I do a cycle session (30km) OR a training session with Moss Bank Bulldogs ARLFC (Rugby League Team) working on running stamina.
Thursday- Swim session or gym session focusing on stamina.
Friday- Warm down run.
Saturday- Swim coaching under Fiona Russell or Louise Linfoot.
Sunday- Cycle session, 50km.
