One of Salford's largest developments, Soapworks, will bring nearly 400,000 sq ft of office space to the former Colgate-Palmolive factory site, Salford Quays.

Soapworks is one of the region's most highly anticipated commercial schemes, bridging the gap between the city centre and MediaCityUK. As the largest fully speculative commercial build outside London, Soapworks is a welcome response to the ever-growing demand for office space in the region, offering unique design to a Grade A specification.

Now fit and ready to welcome new occupiers, the 210,000 sq ft redevelopment of the former factory is located on the water's edge of the River Irwell. Phase I, The Boilerhouse, completed in 2012, and is now fully let on a 10-year lease to TalkTalk for use as a training facility. Phase II is now complete and offers floor plates of up to 46,000 sq ft to accommodate workspaces that can be adapted to the distinct needs of occupiers.

The scheme is now immediately fully available for office space with accompanying car parking facilities as well as filming and storage requirements.
