From Hogwarts to the Proms…
Renowned opera singer Juliette Pochin will again be wowing concert-goers at the BBC Proms in the Park in Salford for a third year.
After the world class mezzo-soprano proved a big hit with promenaders in 2008 and 2009, the star has delighted her fans by agreeing to return to Buile Hill Park for this year's event.
During a highly successful career, Juliette has appeared with many of the world's top orchestras at some amazing venues around the world and is also a regular performer at both Wembley and the Millennium Stadiums.
She has featured on the soundtrack to films including Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Star Wars - The Phantom Menace and also wrote the music for the Kumars at No42.
Juliette's debut album, "Venezia", received much critical acclaim and was named as Record of the Week by Classic FM.
"I'm thrilled to be returning to Salford after having such a wonderful time last year," said Juliette.
"The people here create such a great atmosphere that I'm sure it will be another very special evening."
